Skreened sends a tracking email when your order is shipped. It includes tracking information if the order is shipped within the US.
Click on the link in your email for all available tracking information. If you live outside the US, we are unable to provide tracking for your order once it leaves the US. Sorry.
If you are creating a custom garment that you don't intend to add to your store, use our easy create tool. There, you can upload your artwork, add text or our awesome image elements. Then, just select the style, color, and size shirt that you want and add it to your cart.
It's easy! First, just create a totally free account. It takes just a few moments. Then, in your account area, create a shop and begin adding your designs with great titles and descriptions.
We are happy to accept your return or exchange within 30 days of the order date.
Please contact Customer Service via firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return/Exchange Authorization (REA) number. Please include your Order # and reason for your return.
Please return your order with the original order form and your unique REA number. Once received, we will send Skreened Credit for the original order amount to your email. You can use this credit at checkout to receive a new custom order that's your perfect fit. Just enter the Skreened credit code at checkout in the "Add A Coupon Or Gift Code" field. Our create tool limits the size of your image based on the file resolution. This keeps very low quality files from looking bad once they're printed.
If you'd like your image to be bigger, you must export the file at a higher resolution. We recommend 200 dpi (dots per inch) at the actual size you intend the image to be printed.
As a measure of last resort, you can enlarge your image in any photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, GIMP or Paint Shop Pro, however this will adversely effect the quality and you should not expect a crisp image if you use this method.
American Apparel offers high-quality, super soft, fitted tees for both men and women that are made in Los Angeles, California. They are not preshrunk and shrink approximately one half of a size to a full size in a normal wash and dry cycle.
Anvil tees are made ethically outside the US. The Anvil Unisex Fitted Tee is a very soft and more fitted garment, while the Heavyweight Tee is a more traditional, loose-fitting shirt. Anvil Tees are preshrunk.

The American Apparel Junior's Tee is cut with a woman's shape in mind, but sized to fit young women, in Junior's sizing. Please use the sizing chart to be sure you are selecting the appropriate size and, if you are unsure, order up or get assistance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you placed an order and your credit card was originally declined for an address/zip code mismatch, the first charge stays on your account for 24-48 hours (or more depending on your card issuer's policy) as a pending charge. It will disappear from your statement after the holding time. Many times pending charges are not clearly distinguished by the bank. Rest assured, though, they do not represent funds actually removed from the account.

Unfortunately, we do not allow promotional codes and/or sitewide discounts to be combined on a single order.
