When you order anything on Skreened.com, you select the size, style and color of your garment. Since we don't keep any pre-printed inventory, we never 'run out' of a particular design. Everything is custom made, just for you.
See our file requirements page to make sure your file will print well, or at all! We want you to be thrilled with your final product.
We carry several styles of shirt, some styles run smaller, especially juniors, which are a petite women's cut and run very small.
Mens / Unisex Fitted: This style of shirts are cut as fitted tees (sometimes known as a vintage fit). If you prefer a less fitted, or more traditionally loose look, we suggest you order a size up in these styles.
Mens / Unisex Heavyweight: Heavyweight tees are a more traditional generous and loose cut. If you prefer more of a fashion fit, we suggest you try something in a fitted cut.
Take measurements and compare them to the sizing charts for each style.
Kids: Kids shirts run more true to size. Generally, the size of the garment corresponds to the child's age. So an 8 year old would wear roughly a size 8. Obviously, every child is different, so please just use this as an estimate.
Babies: Baby one-pieces run more true-to-size, as well. The sizes we carry correspond to the baby's age. So an 6 month old would wear roughly a size 6-12 month. Obviously, every baby is different, so please just use this as an estimate.
All of our designs are uploaded by people like you all around the world. Our designs reflect the diverse expressions of all of our users. If you would like to sell your designs on Skreened, sign up for a free account, and you can begin uploading your designs immediately.
All Skreened orders are processed through a secure web server (SSL) and processed through a world leader in secure online credit card transactions and payments.
Yes, but the sooner the better. Since we print orders very quickly, it's important that you contact us as soon as you realize you would like something changed. If we have already begun processing your order, we may not be able to change it. Please contact us at email@example.com to let us know of any changes you are requesting.
Sometimes. We can accept orders for items already available on the site. We won't be able to do any customization. Though we can accept phone orders, we much prefer orders placed through the website, and although we prefer our customers to order through our website, if you are having difficulties we're happy to help! When you call, please make sure to have the following information readily available: the design title (emailing a link works best!), shirt color, style and size you are interested in. It is usually best if, when ordering, you yourself have access to a computer. We do not take phone orders for custom designs.
If you have a Skreened account, you can log in to your account and see the status of your order under Account > Orders. Once your order ships, you should get a shipping confirmation email which will contain tracking information for domestic orders. If you did not get this email, be sure to check your email spam filters. If you still do not have it. Feel free to contact us. If your email says your order was shipped and after 48 hours there is no further information, contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation! Skreened does NOT currently offer tracking for International Standard and Priority orders.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards). Debit cards are accepted just like credit cards. We also accept gift credit cards, payment via PayPal and payment for items with Skreened credit that a user has accumulated by selling items from their skreened.com shop.
There is sales tax charged on all orders shipped to Ohio or picked up from our Skreened Columbus location.
Yes, but unfortunately we initially must charge sales tax, this will then be credited back to your account. (Applicable in Ohio only.) Please contact us after you have placed your order.
Yes. Bulk orders are available and pricing is determined by a number of factors. Use our Bulk Order Tool to request a quote.
These codes can be entered in your cart beneath the items selected for purchase where it says “Add Gift or Coupon Code”. This is done before you select shipping.
Coupon codes issued through Groupon or Living Social can take upwards of one to two days for verification. If you’ve been waiting longer than that, and it still isn’t working, contact us with your code handy, and we’ll be happy to help! There are several websites that keep track of discount codes we have issued previously for special deals, many of those expire after a short time. They are accepted by our system as a valid code, but the discount is not applied due to its expiration.
