Shipping

What are your shipping rates?

We offer several shipping options available on your cart page at checkout.

  • DHL Standard - $4.99
  • USPS Priority - $7.99
  • USPS Express - $24.99
  • DHL International - $7.99*
  • USPS International Priority - $15.99*
  • USPS International Express - $42.99*
  • Pickup at Skreened Columbus - Free! (Ohio Sales Tax applies)

*Shipping rates cover transit only. DOES NOT INCLUDE IMPORT FEES, DUTIES, OR TAXES. Any import fees, duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility. You may want to check with your local customs agency to learn more about importing items.

What is the cutoff time for shipping out orders the same day?

If we receive your order by 8AM, USPS Priority and USPS Express orders will be shipped the same day. It is likely that orders shipped DHL Standard will also be shipped the same day.

If your order was queued for shipment after standard shipping cutoff times (4PM PST) or on a weekend, then it will not be picked up by the courier until the following business day. DHL, UPS, FedEx & the United States Postal Service all consider business days to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions.

How long will my custom order take to make and ship?

Each product you order through Skreened is printed especially for you. It usually takes between 3-5 days to create your shirt before it ships. When it does, you'll recieve a confirmation emai telling you it's on its way, and if you want to track your purchase, a tracking number comes with each confirmation email. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call. We're happy to help! (If you can't find your comfirmation email, try looking in the spam folder in your email. Nine times out of ten, if you didn't recieve it, that's where it went).

I Live in/near Columbus!  Can I pick my order up at your location?

Yes!  Please select the “Pick Up Skreened Columbus” option at the bottom of the shipping selector.  We are open for pick-ups between 9am - 7pm M-F and 11am - 5pm Saturdays. You will receive an email when your item has been through quality check and ready to be picked up!

What method do you use to ship?

We use DHL and USPS (United States Postal Service) for Priority and Express shipping options.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes. We use the DHL to originate the shipment. International orders can sometimes take longer to deliver even though we send them out very quickly. Many International orders that experience delays in delivery are due to customs holds.

How long does DHL Standard Shipping take to deliver my item?

Depending on where you live, delivery time can vary. During the checkout process, delivery estimates are shown for the various shipping options.

Shipping times vary based on location, however we do have ESTIMATES.  

 

U.S. Standard : 5-7 Business Days

U.S. Priority : 2-3 Business Days

U.S. Express : 1-2 Business Days

International Standard*:  2-6 Weeks**

International Priority* : 6-10 Business Days**

International Express* : 3-5 Business Days

It is rare, but there are occasions when U.S. Standard orders can take upwards of two weeks to arrive, and International Standard upwards of four weeks.  Some countries, such as Brazil and Australia often take upwards of six weeks.  We are working on rectifying this issue, so we can get you your packages in a more timely manner!

Is there a tracking number for my order?

Yes, full tracking information is available for orders shipped inside the United States and limited tracking information is available for orders delivered outside the United States. If your order has been shipped, an email which includes your USPS or DHL tracking number is automatically generated and emailed to you.

If you have not received an email containing tracking information, either we have not yet shipped your item (in which case a tracking number has not yet been generated), or the email got lost on it's way to you (check your spam folder, perhaps? Or double check the email address on your order reciept). You can always contact us and specify your order number and we'll get that information to you in a jiffy!

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we are able to ship to post office boxes. We cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes in other countries. Sorry.

Do you have a tracking number for my international order?

International Standard and Priority do not have tracking upon departure of the U.S.. International Express, on the other hand, does!

I really need the shirt by a certain day, can you do that?

If you're concerned about getting your package on time for a special event or as a gift, let us know, and we'll do everything we can to make sure you're happy. We also offer USPS Express Shipping which is an available option on the cart page.

I need something really quick, can you send stuff faster?

Sure. Just select USPS Express Shipping on checkout. It does cost a little more, but it's our fastest option following the untimely death of our Luck Dragon at the hands of The Nothing. 

The tracking information says the item was delivered but I don't have it.

Here are some ideas we like to suggest to help you find your order:

  • Check with your apartment complex manager and building lost and found.
  • Ask your postal carrier if he/she remembers your package and where it might have been left.
  • Call your local post office and ask them to do a check for your package. Ask them to look for your name, address, and tracking information.
Once the order has been marked as delivered, we do not have any further information regarding its location.

If you are located outside the United States, please contact your local customs agency to see if it is being held for taxes and other import fees.
