How can I track my order?

Skreened sends a tracking email when your order is shipped. It includes tracking information if the order is shipped within the US.

Click on the link in your email for all available tracking information. If you live outside the US, we are unable to provide tracking for your order once it leaves the US.

Is everything on Skreened made-to-order?

Yes!

When you order anything on Skreened.com, you select the size, style and color of your product. Since we don't keep any pre-printed inventory, we never 'run out' of a particular design. Everything is custom made, just for you.

How can I find the status of my order?

If you have a Skreened account, you can log in to your account and see the status of your order under Account > Orders.

Once your order ships, you should get a shipping confirmation email which will contain tracking information for domestic orders. If you did not get this email, be sure to check your email spam filters.

Skreened does NOT currently offer tracking for International Standard and Priority orders.

What are my shipping options?

We offer several shipping options to offer value and speed, depending on your needs! Please note these are shipping estimates only and do not include the production time for your order.  Production time is 3 business days, which we factor into your Estimated Delivery Date projection at checkout.  Skreened is not responsible for shipping delays.

 

Domestic Standard via DHL/USPS Standard shipping: up to 12 business days - $4.99

Domestic Expedited via DHL/USPS Expedited shipping: 4-5 business days - $6.99

Domestic Rush via FedEx Overnight: 1-2 business days*- $27.99

 

International Standard via FedEx:up to 21 business days** - $14.99

International Expedited via FedEx:10-15 business days** - $29.99

 

*Please note Domestic Rush via FedEx Overnight is only delivered on business days, which excludes weekends and holidays. Service may not be available in more remote areas within the continental U.S. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

How long will my custom order take to make and ship?

Each product you order through Skreened is custom printed especially for you!

USPS Priority and FedEx International Expedited: Most orders are printed within 3 business days*.

  • USPS Priority can be shipped to any address that receives US Mail (street addresses or PO Boxes).
  • FedEx International Expedited orders must be shipped to a street address.

U.S. Standard and FedEx International Mail Service: Most orders are printed within 3 business days*.

  • U.S. Standard orders are shipped via DHL. They transport your package to a hub near you then hand off to the USPS for final delivery. Any address serviced by the USPS is acceptable.
  • FedEx International Mail Service orders must be shipped to a street address.

*During times of high volume, please, allow additional processing time for order printing.

Nearing an event date? We suggest selecting a faster service to have your order in plenty of time. Our Rush shipping option will get your package to you in 5 business days.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes!

Skreened ships to most countries!

Please, be advised you will be importing an item into the destination country. You are the importer on record. The destination country's import policies and procedures apply to all packages. Requests to devalue the items or to mark the package as "Gift" will be denied.

If you select FedEx International Mail Service, the recipient is responsible for any possible import taxes, customs duties and fees. The recipient may be required to pick up the package at the local customs agency.

To avoid the potential hassle of paying for customs fees at the time of import, we suggest you select FedEx International Expedited. For this service, Skreened covers all import taxes, customs duties and fees.

**Limited tracking available on all packages. Full tracking is dependent on the destination country reporting back to FedEx. Your package will be delivered by your local postal carrier

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes.

We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States using either U.S. Standard or USPS Priority shipping.

PO Boxes may not be used for any FedEx service, domestic or international.

I need the shirt by a certain date, can you do that?

Please check our estimated delivery dates and select the service that will get your order to you in time. We suggest selecting one that gives you plenty of wiggle room for unforeseeable events. Our delivery dates are estimates and your package may arrive a day or two before or after that.

What is your printing process?

We use an apparel printing process called Direct-to-Garment. The prints are very soft, durable and full color. The process is similar to an inkjet printer in that it combines cyan, magenta, yellow and black inks to produce a full color spectrum directly on the shirt surface.

Our process produces a very durable print. Following the care instructions exactly will help extend the life of all our prints.

Order Changes
Can I change my order once I have placed it?

Please contact us within an hour after placing your order if you need to make a change or cancelation. After one hour your order will be in production and we won't be able to make any changes/cancelations

How can I track my order?

Is there a tracking number for my order?

Yes.

We send you a confirmation email when your order ships with a link to your tracking information!

Within the U.S., we are able to provide door-to-door tracking for U.S. Standard, USPS Priority, and FedEx U.S. Standard Overnight services.

Outside the U.S., FedEx International Mail Service provides limited tracking on all packages. In some cases, there is door-to-door tracking, however, this is not guaranteed. FedEx International Expedited service provides door-to-door tracking on all packages.

The tracking information says the product was delivered but I don't have it.

First, please, check your shipping address to make sure all information is accurate. Skreened does not alter shipping addresses unless instructed by our customers.

If everything is correct, here are some ideas we like to suggest to help you find your order:

  • Check with your neighbors, roommates, apartment complex manager, and/or building lost and found.
  • Ask your postal carrier if he/she remembers your package and where it might have been left.
  • Within the United States, please, call your local post office and ask them to do a check for your package. Ask them to look for your name, address, and tracking information.
  • Outside the United States, please, contact your local customs agency. Your package may be held for taxes and other import fees.

Once the order has been marked as delivered, we do not have any further information regarding its location.

Several garments are cut with a traditional feminine shape in mind, including the American Apparel junior's tee which is sized to fit younger women.

It looks like my credit card was charged multiple times for an order.

If you placed an order and your credit card was originally declined for an address/zip code mismatch, the first charge stays on your account for 24-48 hours (or more depending on your card issuer's policy) as a pending charge.

It will disappear from your statement after the holding time. Many times pending charges are not clearly distinguished by the bank. Rest assured, though, they do not represent funds actually removed from the account.

Can I use more than one discount per order?

We recommend a 300dpi (dots per inch) file at actual print size. (Actual print size is 11" X 17")

How do your shirt sizes run?

We carry several styles of shirts, some styles run smaller, especially juniors, which are a petite women's cut and run very small.

Mens / Unisex Fitted: This style of shirts is cut as a fitted tee (sometimes known as a vintage fit). If you prefer a less fitted, or more traditionally loose look, we suggest you order a size up in these styles.

Mens / Unisex Heavyweight: Heavyweight tees are a more traditional generous and loose cut. If you prefer more of a fashion fit, we suggest you try something in a fitted cut.

Take measurements and compare them to the sizing charts for each style.

Kids: Kids shirts run more true to size. Generally, the size of the garment corresponds to the child's age. So an 8 year old would wear roughly a size 8. Obviously, every child is different, so please just use this as an estimate.

Babies: Baby one-pieces run more true-to-size, as well. The sizes we carry correspond to the baby's age. So an 6 month old would wear roughly a size 6-12 month. Obviously, every baby is different, so please just use this as an estimate.

Yes.

We handle this by initially charging sales tax (only for orders placed in Ohio). Please contact us with:

  1. Your organization's name
  2. The Tax ID Number

We will then process your request and the tax will be credited back to you.

What are care instructions for custom apparel?

For the best results:

  • turn the product inside-out
  • wash it in cold water
  • Tumble dry on low heat
  • If you have to iron it, turn it inside out and use a warm iron
