Inaction Produces Casualties is a shirt designed for <a href="http://www.lovingsa.org">Loving South Africa</a> (LSA) by a Zulu youth involved with one of LSA's South African partners. It is a symbol of how partnership has the ability to bring light to dark places. LSA is laboring to offset two of the worst pandemics in history. The first: AIDS. Through their grass-root indigenous partners, LSA is serving the AIDS sufferers in the AIDS epicenter of the world, Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa. This horror has produced the highest concentrations of orphans and widows in history. The second: Indifference of the American Church. The vast majority of whom sit idly by while 6,500 people a day die from a treatable and preventable disease. RtW exists to stabilize and empower low-income families by renovating vacant inner city properties and giving the families the opportunity for homeownership. Beyond the physical needs, RtW also combats social injustice by building relationships across racial and socio-economic barriers. Resulting in a more stable community through recycling of assets within the neighborhood. And, creating a lifestyle that is interdependent and that exists solely to "love our neighbors as ourselves."
