Barack Obama voted for the FISA Amendments Act on July 9, 2008, breaking his solemn promise during the primaries, breaking faith with the American people and the Constitution of the USA. The FISA Amendments Act lets a presidential administration spy on and even search the home of anyone, anywhere for 67 days without a warrant, without justification to anyone at all. And even if a judge disapproves after those 67 days, the president can keep the information he gained, forever. That's a violation of the 4th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, which reads: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
