Description:  The people of Arizona did not elect their state representatives in order to have them turn Arizona into an unconstitutional police state. But that's just what the Arizona state legislature did when it passed SB 1070, a new law signed by Governor Jan Brewer that requires police officers to stop, search, and even detain everyday people in Arizona when those people look like illegal immigrants. What's an illegal immigrant look like? Do they all carry the Illegal Immigrant keychain? Nonsense. This is a recipe for search and detention without probable cause. That's unAmerican. And that's why Arizona is Against SB1070.
