Accepted File Formats
.jpg (or .jpeg)
.gif (no transparency)
.png (no transparency)

Reccomended File Details
200dpi file at actual print size. (actual print size is 11" X 17")
scaling a small image to print large on a shirt doesn't look great.
RGB or CMYK files are acceptable
No / Low Compression / High Quality (for .jpg / .jpeg files)
Avoid file names with special characters and spaces.

White Becomes Transparent
Our printing process does not currently print white. Any white in your uploaded file will render on the preview screen and print as transparent.

Troubleshooting
Q: Getting a black box or border?
A: Your .gif or .png probably has some transparency settings; either alpha or index transparency will throw the preview off.

Q: Click upload and nothing happens?
A: Your file may be too large. shrink it down to 2000 X 2000 pixels and try again.

Q: I put something on the back and it's not there on checkout
A: You can currently print 2 sides on the website at no extra charge. Only the front shows up in the cart, but we will print both sides.
