Customer Service

Q: How do I contact SKREENED customer service?

A: Visit the contact page for detailed info, the short answer is: email help@skreened.com

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We promise that anything you buy from SKREENED is going to be awesome.

If we send you something significantly different from what you ordered on SKREENED, or, if it's messed up in some other way (heaven forbid, but it could happen) we will make it right.

Q: If I do have a return, what is the process?

A: The return process is below:

  • Please send a quick email from you to help@skreened.com to let us know what's up. Please include your order number.
  • Once approved, we will reply with a .pdf file shipping label.
  • Print out the label on your computer
  • Affix it to your package & drop it in the mail.
  • Once we receive it, your exchange goes to the top of the print cue.

Q: Is there anything you won't accept as returned or exchanged?

A: Yes, there are 2 types of things we can not accept.

1. We can not accept a return if your ordered the wrong sizing:
Please check the size and size chart carefully before you order. The American Apparel tee shirts that we print on are fitted and in many cases people find that they prefer a size or even 2 larger than they normally wear. The shirts are also very soft and not thick and cardboar-y like a lot of the cheaper, sweat-shop made shirts.

Everything on SKREENED is made-to-order, so be sure to tell us to make something that will fit you. You know your body, all we see is your order with the size you requested. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size as we will not be able to accept a return or exchange if what you ordered does not fit.

2. Make sure your files meet our quality requirements :
We print what is sent to us.
If you are unsure of how your file will print, please ask us. We want you to be happy with what you get. This means if you have questions about the resolution of the file you upload, or if and how a background color will print and how your image colors are interpreted on certain colors of garments: we are more than happy to provide guidance on these things up front.

However if we receive a file that falls short on quality, we can not always stop the process and warn the buyer. So it is your responsibility to understand resolution and file types and to provide SKREENED with files that will print well.

In some cases, someone has started a store and uploaded poor quality files into their store. If you buy from that store and are unsatisfied with the quality of the print in a way that was not evident in the preview image, please let us know and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
