Q: What does it mean that my SKREENED item is made-to-order?

A: When you place your order with SKREENED, you select the size, style and color of your garment. Since don't keep a stock of anything that is already printed, we never 'run out' of a particular design. Everything is custom made, just for you.

Q: I'm ordering my own design. Is there anything special I should know?

A: See our file requirements page to make sure your file will print well, or at all! We want you to be thrilled with your final product.

Q: How do your shirt sizes run?

A: Our shirt sizes run small, especially womens, which run very small.

  • Mens: All styles of men's shirts are cut as fitted tees (also known as a vintage fit). If you prefer a less fitted, or more traditionally loose look, we suggest you order a size up.
  • Womens: Women's shirts run very small. For example, Michelle, who is 5'5" and weighs 125lbs wears a medium. It's more of a juniors cut, and less of a women's cut - but we wouldn't say it just like that, necessarily. But yes, you should take the sizing chart seriously.
  • Kids: Kids shirts run more true to size. Generally, the size of the garment corresponds to the child's age. So an 8 year old would wear roughly a size 8. Obviously, every child is different, so please just use this as an estimate.
  • Babies: Baby one-pieces run more true-to-size, as well. The sizes we carry correspond to the baby's age. So an 6 month old would wear roughly a size 6-12 month. Obviously, every baby is different, so please just use this as an estimate.

Q: Who creates all the designs available on SKREENED?

A: All of our designs are uploaded by people like you all around the world. They reflect the diverse expressions of all of our users. If you would like to sell your designs on SKREENED, sign up for a free account, and you can begin uploading your designs immediately.

Q: What about the security of my order information?

A: All SKREENED orders are processed through a secure web server and processed through authorize.net, a world leader in secure online credit card transactions.

Q: Can I change my order once I have placed it?

A: Yes, but the sooner the better. Since we print orders very quickly, it's important that you contact us as soon as you realize you would like something changed. If we have already begun processing your order, we may not be able to change it. Please contact us to let us know of any changes you may have.

Q: Can I place an order by phone?

A: Yes. We can accept orders for items already available on the site. We won't be able to do any customization. Though we can accept phone orders, we much prefer orders placed through the website.

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: If you have a SKREENED.com account, you can log in to your account and see the status of your order under Account > Orders. Once your order ships, you should get a shipping confirmation email which will contain tracking information for domestic orders. If you did not get this email, be sure to check your email spam filters. If you still do not have it. Feel free to contact us.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards. Debit cards are accepted just like credit cards.

Q: Is there sales tax on my order?

A: There is sales tax charged on all orders shipped to Ohio.

Q: Do you offer any bulk orders prices or discounts?

A: Yes. We offer 25% off orders of 50 shirts or more. Please contact us for more information on order discounts at this volume.
