Q: What is my store commission?

A: Your commission is the amount that you add to the base price of an item. It is the exact dollar amount you get when your design is purchased. You can set up a store wide commission, or set it up for items individually. The individual item's commission will over-ride the storewide commission.

For example: let's say you upload a design that you would like $4.00 USD for each time it sells. When creating that item, simply put "4" in the box for your commission. If someone orders that design on an item with a base price of 15.99, they will be charged $19.99 plus shipping and any applicable tax. You would then get $4.00.

Q: Will I be charged my commission if I buy my own design?

A: No. You will only be charged the base price for the item. Note: Be sure to sign in if you want to buy your own item without the commission charge.

What is the commission payment schedule?

Every 60 days, we tally up the commissions that are owed to you for sales from your store. If the total commission amount is over $50.00 USD, we will schedule a payment to you. If the total commission amount is under $50.00 USD, your commission will be paid out at the end of our 6-month interval.

Q: How are my commissions paid out?

A: There are 2 commission payout methods for you to choose from. You can specify these under Account > Preferences. If you want to receive payment, be sure that we have the proper contact and payment information for you.

  • A check in US Dollars issued via US mail.
  • An electronic payment sent to a valid PayPal email address. (recommended)
