The Skreened Process

Skreened uses an advanced garment printing process like no silk screening technology in the world. In fact, it's not silk screening at all, it's an efficient and durable full-color process that lays soft, water-based prints right into the garment.

We can print beautiful high resolution, full-color, designs on JUST ONE SHIRT. Traditional screen-printing makes that an expensive endeavor, or even completely impossible.

So what are the benefits?

It almost sounds like magic, we know, but we use a refined inkjet digital printing engine and special, water-based, long-lasting fabric inks to produce wonderful results on all of our garments.

The prints are full process color Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (CMYK). They combine to produce a print that is vibrant and lasts as long as a silk-screen process.

After the shirts are printed, they are carefully heat-pressed to set the ink, giving them the same longevity as a screen print. Every one-of-a-kind, customized shirt is given the same handmade care and attention.
