As a custom on-demand printer, we do not maintain a warehouse or inventory and therefore we do not accept merchandise returns - nor do we require product returns to resolve most issues. Our customer service team is able to help via email without having you incur return shipping charges. If you receive an item you are not totally satisfied with, please contact Customer Service and we will work with you to issue a replacement order for your product or offer a credit for Skreened.com. We do not offer refunds.
Claims regarding missing and incorrect orders must be submitted within 60 days of order date.
